At the 2011 annual meeting, the KNIA Board announced its intention to consider hiring a management company to handle the day to day operations of the subdivision. Residents at the meeting agreed with the plan. Subsequently, several companies were contacted and interviewed. The Board selected the John Carroll Company as the best fit for our needs.They will be responsible for KNIA business including dues collection and payments to various contractors performing services for the subdivision. .
