Property Management Company -- John P. Carroll Company
At the 2011 annual meeting, the KNIA board announced its intent to explore hiring a management company to handle the day to day operations of the subdivision. Residents in attendance approved this move. Several companies were subsequently interviewed before the John P. Carroll Company was selected.
