John P. Carroll Company, the property management company for Kimberley North mailed out Annual Dues Notices (invoices) to all Kimberley North homeowners this week. Contact JP Carroll Company if you misplaced yours of If you did not get one.
Payment due date: April 1, 2023, to avoid late charges.

Late payments:
- Late charges will be applied monthly to each account if payment in is not received by JP Carroll Company by the April 1st deadline.
Trash service payment:
The cost for weekly trash pickup is NOT part of your KNIA annual dues.
Green For Life (GFL) will bill you directly for trash pickup service. Do NOT send payments through JP Carroll Company. Your bill will be mailed to you — or emailed if you signed up for paperless billing.
Discounts are applied for seniors. Contact GFL for information on how to verify your age for your GFL account. Another discount is available for paying for a full year up front.
