Questions about your GFL Environmental invoice?

You have probably recently received an invoice for services from GFL Environmental. GFL is the waste hauling service used by Kimberley North subdivision and for the rest of West Bloomfield.

You must pay this bill to avoid late fees and to continue trash and recycling pickup services for your home. GFL is the exclusive contractor for services as mandated by West Bloomfield Township. Rates and services are set by the contract between GFL and the township.

You should have also received a dues invoice from John P. Carroll Company for Kimberley North Improvement Association annual dues. Long-time residents of Kimberley North may be thinking, “Hey. Isn’t the cost of trash pickup included in our annual subdivision dues?” Well, the answer is that trash services were part of your dues for many years. However, this was changed a few years back and KNIA annual dues were reduced by the amount of the trash pickup costs. (GFL no longer gives discounts to neighborhood associations that handling the account management and consolidated payment for these services.)

Questions about your trash pickup billing, services, or procedures should be directed to GFL Environmental. Be sure to ask about senior discounts. Also, make sure they have your correct name and contact information.
