Pay annual dues by April 1, 2016

John P. Carroll Company will mail Annual Dues Notices (invoices) to all Kimberley North homeowners. *

  • Payment due date: Friday, April 1, 2016 to avoid late charges
  • Dues amount: $220
  • Make checks payable to: Kimberley North Improvement Association
  • Mail or deliver payment to: JP Carroll Company, 29250 W. Nine Mile Road, Farmington Hills, MI 48336
  • Questions: JP Carroll Company at 248-888-5050
  • * Payment form: Download, print, complete, and return this Annual Dues Notice/Invoice with your payment if yours was misplaced.

Late payments:

  • A late fee of $10.00 plus accrued interest will be assessed if your payment is not received by April 10, 2016.
  • Additional late fees of $10.00 plus accrued interest will be charged monthly until payment is received.
  • If payment is not received by July 1, 2016, a property lien will be placed on your home and you will be responsible for all incurred collections costs including, but not limited to, Attorney’s fees if applicable.

Trash pickup payment: 

  • The cost for weekly trash pickup is no longer included in your annual dues.
  • Rizzo Evironmental Services will bill you directly for trash pickup service. Do NOT send payments through JP Carroll Company.
